This course has now established itself as an excellent course offering good facilities as well as a very welcoming atmosphere. The course was designed by American architect Rocky Roquemore in over 300 acres of natural woodland and the views of the Arrábida Mountains provide a spectacular backdrop.
The course has been designed for amateur golfers although it still has some challenging holes especially on the back 9 where water hazards play a part. The recognised quality of Quinta Do Peru has led to its recently hosting several events from the European Challenge Tour.
Also recommended in the local area is the Arrábida Natural Park which is famed for its beaches with white sand and a real Mediterranean feel.
