This course has not one bunker, although this may make it sound easy, it really isn’t as this is one of the finest links courses in the area.

Estela puts a real focus on accurate driving, the tight fairways mean that errant tee shots can easily put you in the dunes. Although it is quite an exposed course it is a fairly warm one and the sandy foundations of the course mean that it is always well drained even after heavy rain.

This combined with the grass that has been laid at Estela, makes this a fast course both on the fairways and the greens. The front 9 holes are technically more challenging but on a windy day the back 9 holes aren't a pushover either.

This course is ideal for people looking to test themselves in difficult conditions.
