Angel Cabrera, most popular golfer of Argentina has elevated surprisingly 52 places to reach at 18th in World Ranking after taking over this second victory at US Masters.
The 39 year old Golfer became the player with lowest ranking to win Green Jacket since the custom of rankings started in the year of 1986. Cabrera achieved his first victory in the year of 2007 US Open.
Ballesteros, who is struggling against brain cancer in his country Spain, was taking part in three plays off in Augusta when he defeated Greg Norman, an Australian golfer and Larry Mize of United States. In the words of Cabrera about Ballesteros, “He is the greatest golfer ever; I have a great friendship with him. We need him to get back in game”.
