Golf Portugal have incorporated into their Portugal golf holidays both the Estoril Open and the Portugal Masters. For very little extra expense golfers can enjoy the experience of watching some of europes finest players, whilst taking the opportunity of playing a few rounds themselves.
First on the calendar is the Estoril Open.This tournament is being held on the 2-5 April at Oitavos Dunes and costs only around €15 for all four days. Golf courses in the area include Quinta da Marinha, Golf do Estoril, Penha Longa, Lisbon Sports Club not forgetting the vibrant city of Lisbon only a few kilometres away.
Next up and some time later is the Portugal Masters.The Masters is played in the Algarve at Victoria in Vilamoura, a golfing paradise for anyone planning a Portugal golf break. This tournament is being played on the 15-18 October 2009 and ticket prices are only €45 for all four days plus the practice day on Wednesday.
For anyone interested in either tournament simply fill in the relevant forms on the website and the Golf Portugal team will organise your tickets. It would however seem a little unfair for the travelling golfers not to treat themselves to a couple of rounds whilst there. Due to the demand in the area, be it Lisbon or Algarve, at these times, booking up sooner rather than later will help guarantee hotel rooms, course choices and tee off times.
