As part of Tivoli’s refurbishment program this hotel was renovated in 2008 to bring it up to 5 star standard and this has certainly been achieved. The hotel is renowned for its services for business customers with large conference rooms and meeting facilities available. The rooms are of very high quality offering LCD televisions and high speed internet access as well as excellent views over the city.

These views are shared by the Terraço restaurant on the top floor, which has a menu designed for guests by the chef Luís Baena. It is open throughout the day for meals and is frequented by locals as well as tourists. If you fancy something a little lighter the Tivoli Café offers snacks throughout the day as well as the café atmosphere of the area.

Tivoli Lisboa also has a fitness suite and outdoor heated swimming pool although the heaters are rarely needed for most of the year. Also round the back of the hotel the enclosed terrace is a peaceful space that provides a break from the busy city around. The hotel is positioned in the middle of the city meaning that the easiest way to travel around is the excellent tram service although the hotel still offers secure parking for those who travel by car. This hotel sets than standard for others and is an excellent example of a quality European 5 star hotel.
